Between the pages of Tony Mitton's Dinosaurumpus, where dinosaurs run, boom, shake, and shudder their way to the "sludgy old swamp" and rock the night away.
Mitton's delightful rhyme and Parker-Rees's whimsical illustrations will make children want to join in the dance while they learn about some of their favorite prehistoric pals. By the time the romp is over, the dinosaurs are fast asleep, kids won't be able to shake that jumping, thumping Dinosaurumpus beat! Magic Happens Rabbit Rescue Care Days
Magic Happens Rabbit Rescue
Call for directions
Baton Rouge, LA
Care Days are designated times when the volunteers and friends of Magic Happens get together and take care of the adoptable and resident bunnies.
This often includes:
Cleaning all the cages, litterboxes, bowls, and toys. Grooming the rabbits - brushing out excess fur, doing nail trims, and sometimes even a bunny bath. Socializing with the bunnies (and each other!) to figure out temperaments and help the buns become more people-friendly. Taking new pictures of the adoptables for profiles, holidays, etc. Visiting with families coming to meet the adoptables, turning in a bunny, or seeing what the rescue is all about. Call for directions and info

A Prayer for the Animals
~An official Louisiana Week for the Animals event~
Join others who would like to observe a moment of prayer for the precious animals. We are requesting prayers from 5-6 pm central time on Sunday March 28th. This is a multi-faith observance.
Wherever you are, if you can observe a moment for the animals who need us...that collective energy will surely grow and bring light to our cause to love, assist and help them from any and all suffering.
